At GEMARA, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, which is why we offer free domestic and international shipping using Australia Post Express Post satchels, We want to ensure your precious purchase reaches you safely and promptly.

All parcels are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. For online purchases, we strive to dispatch your order within two working days. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly communicate with you directly to keep you informed.

For custom made-to-order jewellery, please allow up to two weeks for creation before shipping. Rest assured, we will send you an estimated shipping date via email within two days of your online purchase.

Please be aware that any customs charges, government taxes, or duties for international orders are not covered by GEMARA and may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

At GEMARA, we are committed to delivering high-quality fine jewellery that exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes, a piece purchased online might not meet your needs.

We offer returns on the following grounds:

  1. Faulty items: If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or workmanship issues, we offer returns for a refund or exchange.
  2. Items damaged in transit: In the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged due to shipping, we will accept returns for a refund or exchange.
  3. Items not fit for purpose: If the item you receive does not serve the purpose for which it was intended, we will consider a return for a refund or exchange.

Please note that returns due to a change of mind are not eligible for a refund. However, we do offer store credit, minus any administration costs, on such returns.

To initiate a return, kindly notify us of your intention within 2 working days of receiving the delivery by sending an email to sales@gbj.net.au. Provide relevant details such as your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence if applicable.

If the item you received is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at sales@gbj.net.au with a description of the damage, photographic evidence, and the date of purchase. Once we receive your notification, we will guide you through the return process.

When returning the item, please ensure it is in its original condition, complete with the original GEMARA packaging and proof of purchase.

Once the returned goods have been thoroughly inspected, we will contact you to notify of the assessment and the subsequent actions to be taken.

Please note that the postage cost for returns will not be covered by GEMARA and may be the responsibility of the customer.
